Virginia Tech men’s soccer is preparing to take the field on Friday, October 12, at 7:00 PM. Coming off of two tough losses last week, the Hokies are ready to improve on their national ranking of 15th. The Pittsburgh Panthers are also coming off of a loss to Cleveland State on Monday. It should be a great game, so grab some friends and support your Hokies.

Blues, Brews, and BBQ

The 5th annual Blues, Brews, and BBQ festival is being held this Saturday at the St. Luke and Odd Fellows Hall. Not only will there be delicious BBQ, but live music from various local bands. Additionally, this event features handmade crafts, fresh soap, and local art. Feel free to grab a lawn chair and head down to Blues, Brews, and BBQ for this free event, but a $5.00 donation is recommended.

WUVT is hosting an adorable fall-themed craft fair Saturday night! For $5.00 at the door, you can enjoy live music from the band Flores, out of Boone, NC. Also featured is the band Red 40, based out of Blacksburg! Join a variety of local venders, in addition to Virginia Tech organizations, selling goods and a good time.
